Warranty Info
All boards and accessories from PADL boards are covered with a 2 year manufacturer's warranty. Rest assured that your board will provide you with many years of trouble-free fun. If, due to manufacturing or design issue, it does not, we will make sure you are taken care of.
If a product is found to be defective by PADL, in its sole discretion, PADL Board’s only responsibility shall be limited to replacement of the defective product. Product and warranty registration is not required but proof of purchase will be required to initiate a warranty claim.
PADL Boards and MDRN Design Group Inc. will not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of loss of use of product. This warranty is subject to the following limitations in addition to any imposed by virtue of applicable law.
1. The warranty applies only to PADL Boards products purchased from our website and is valid for the original purchaser only. Warranties are not transferable.
2. Any products that we request to be returned to PADL for warranty inspection must receive prior return authorization, which will be provided through email by contacting info@padlboards.com .
When shipping products, we recommend using a tracked and insured service.
PADL Boards and MDRN Design Group assumes no responsibility for products during shipment from the customer to our Warranty Department. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Excluded from coverage under this warranty are the following:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse or neglect.
- Damage caused by improper packing, storage or transportation.
- Damage due to improper inflation.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by anything other than defects in material or workmanship.
- Damage Caused by excessive UV/Heat Exposure (shown by distinct yellow glue staining around seams or fading of parts such as fins and logos)
- Damage caused by use of solvents, adhesives.
- Damage to PADL Boards products caused by non-PADL products.
- Any and all claims for consequential or incidental damages.
3. All coverage under this warranty is void if any modification, change or alteration has been made to the product which, in the view of PADL Boards, affects the quality and durability.
4. Replaced products are covered with a new 2 yr warranty.
5. Warranties are only applicable for private, end consumer use and will not be offered for any commercial purchases, such as SUP schools, rentals, or similar.
6. Warranties and/or product replacements are only applicable/redeemable in the Canada.
